The National Beauty Culturists Leagues, Inc (NBCL) is the oldest and most prestigious African American beauty trade organization for hair stylists, barbers, nail technicians, esthetician, and hair product companies. NBCL was formed in 1919 in Philadelphia, PA, by a small group of African American cosmetologists and black beauty products manufacturers.
With purpose and mission in mind together we can help to motivate, elevate, educate and organize others to become a part of this educational platform.
