Membership information
Membership is the heart and soul of DMBCL Inc., becoming a member is open to all licensed beauty professionals male or female regardless of race, nationality, or sexual orientation. Members can also be students, makeup artist, product distributors, as well as salon/barber owners. Members must be willing to perform community and global services throughout the year.

State/Local Membership:
Licensed Cosmetologist, Barber, Nail Technicians
Established operators, partners or owner of his/her own business.
Individual members are eligible for all committee participation.
Annual Membership dues: $70 includes State and Local dues.
National Membership:
Licensed Cosmetologist, Barber, Nail Technicians
Established operators, partners or owner of his/her own business.
Individual members are eligible for all committee participation.
Annual Membership dues: $185 includes National, State and Local dues.
Beauty School Students:
Students who are currently enrolled in school, as seniors or graduate students.
Students are eligible for all committees.
Students must be active on at least one committee.
Annual Membership dues: $50
